Something we’ve learnt during 2021 is that we thrive when going through change.
Throughout the various stages of the pandemic, we’ve had to adapt, fast. Last year it was working from home and all the logistical loveliness that went with it, and in 2021 we’ve navigated returning to the office — something that we can’t settle into just yet!

I’m proud of the work we’ve done but prouder of how everyone’s been themselves through it all and found ways of coming together. We’ve learnt that trying things (even if that means getting it wrong sometimes) combined with a commitment to growing people is what opens up doors for us as a company.”

Despite the background hubbub of operational challenges, 2021 has been energising.
We’ve been full of enthusiasm for improving our product and the services we offer to our subscribers. Throughout the year we’ve spent time carefully pulling apart how we do things and re-evaluating what’s important to us at our core.
So, what does this mean for 2022?
All the thinking and planning that’s been going on behind closed doors will be revealed in the new year, so keep an eye out for a big announcement! We can’t wait to share what we’ve been up to with you.
“Before the pandemic, the idea of being able to achieve our company goals from our dining rooms, living rooms and bedrooms was almost laughable. Regularly welcoming new starters at Equinox, setting up new subscribers every week and working with some of Europe’s biggest IP firms on large enterprise implementations – none of this we would have thought possible in a remote world.
