About you:

For the role of Software Development Manager, we’re looking for someone with a curious mindset, and a proactive approach who can demonstrate the following skills:

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be managing the Development team, made up of technical solution finders who build, test, and improve our industry-leading product suite.

We've integrated Equinox with the USPTO

As Software Development Manager, your role will include:
  • Lead and manage a small team of PHP developers and software testers
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, and complete 1-2-1s and appraisals
  • Work with the Head of Platform and Lead Developer to identify and implement process improvements
  • Advocate agile development processes and promote a culture of continual improvement
  • Facilitate sprint meetings and collaboration between teams
  • Communicate effectively internally with various stakeholders and provide accurate project updates
  • Manage team resource and workload
  • Implement and monitor performance-based metrics

The salary for this role is £40,000 to £45,000 per year, depending on experience.
