This year we have welcomed 11 new team members to Equinox. That’s almost one-third of the company that started working with us in 2022 alone. What an achievement!
Our new colleagues are helping us to keep delivering high quality services and support to our subscribers alongside developing business growth and handling data management.
The growth comes as we increase our presence in several international markets alongside delivering our software to one-fifth of UK IP attorneys. We are so proud to be making waves in the industry, with around 250 subscribed organisations across 24 regions.

The new hires will join teams across the business to deliver a variety of services from initial sales contact right through to user support. The Client Services team has taken on several new Product Support Technicians to increase capacity and enhance the company’s support capability. The team handles support queries to help subscribers get the most from the platform, so if you call up with a query you might meet one of our new friendly faces.
The Data Services team also welcomes some new team members to guide subscribers through the data migration process and ensure their portfolio data is secure and well-managed. All our new starters receive extensive training, and we are always finding new ways to help make your life easier when using Equinox.
