We develop innovative intellectual property management software for law firms and corporates across the globe. Our system, Equinox, helps IP professionals seamlessly manage the protection of their intellectual property portfolio. 

 

We may be a tech company, but we're actually all about people. Our focus is to develop powerful software that genuinely helps our clients every time they log in. Our product roadmap is driven by key optimisation opportunities that save our clients time and reduce the risk of human error, while providing all the tools and services they need to stay ahead of their competition.

We've learnt and grown a lot so far

From an exciting start-up to an established team of brilliant people, we've come along way since 2006.
Have a look at our journey:

2006

Justin Gallagher and Charlie Foote founded Work AnyWare Ltd. after developing a new IP management system — Equinox.

2012

The first new members of our team were hired — Tom Parish and Sam Nicholson!

2016

The Equinox subscriber base reached 10 countries plus the team grew to 10 members for the first time.

2017

Our enterprise offering went into development and launched later in the year. A huge milestone for us!

2018

Work AnyWare bought its first office building in Headingley, Leeds and the team moved in after some serious refurbishment...

2020

The team grew to 20, with a reach of 180 subscribers from 20+ countries — plus we began working from home during the pandemic.

2022

We said goodbye to the name Work AnyWare and began trading as Equinox as part of our first major rebrand.

2022

Equinox joined forces with Questel— an exciting partnership to help boost our software and services to the next level.
